He’s Enthroned in Heaven

Where are your eyes today?  How about lifting them up to the one ENTHRONED IN HEAVEN?

Here is a prayer for today:

O Holy Spirit, fix our eyes on Jesus, the one enthroned in heaven!  Then, your promises will take over and our fears will be squeezed away.  Then, our problems will seem smaller, no matter how big they are.  Then, we will be brimming with joyful anticipation as we consider how you’ve invited us to rule with you one day from heaven’s mansions!  It’s in Christ’s holy name, the one enthroned in heaven, in whom we pray.  Amen.
