Helping children grow in mind, heart, and faith.
At Victory of the Lamb Lutheran Preschool, we believe that every child is a precious gift from God—uniquely created, deeply loved, and full of potential. Our approach to early childhood education nurtures the whole child—spiritually, emotionally, socially, and academically—within a safe and loving environment.
Our teachers guide learning through play, discovery, and meaningful interaction. Each day is filled with opportunities for children to explore God’s world, build confidence, and experience joy in learning.
We work closely with families to provide consistency between home and school, creating a partnership that helps each child grow and thrive.
Educational Approach
We provide a safe, licensed environment that supports each child’s growth through strong home–school partnerships and Christ-centered care.
Our Curriculum
Our balanced, play-based curriculum nurtures every aspect of a child’s development—academic, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
Program Options
Similar to a Mother's Day Out program, our preschool offerings provide the flexibility families need and the structure children thrive on.
Our Educational Approach
Licensed Child Care
Victory of the Lamb Lutheran Preschool is proudly licensed by the State of Texas as a child care center.
We go beyond minimum standards to create a safe, healthy, and loving environment where your child can grow, learn, and thrive. Our commitment to exceptional care and faith-based values gives parents the peace of mind they deserve—knowing their little ones are nurtured, protected, and celebrated every day.
A Family Partnership
At Victory of the Lamb Lutheran Preschool, we believe that a child’s growth flourishes through strong, supportive relationships—especially the one between home and school. That’s why our team regularly communicates with families through a weekly newsletter, sharing classroom updates, upcoming events, and resources to support learning at home.
We walk alongside families, celebrating milestones, nurturing hearts, and building a foundation for lifelong learning—together.
Research shows that Mother's Day Out programs like ours can help reduce stress, ease anxiety, and support emotional well-being for families. Let us support your journey with care, connection, and a little breathing room.
Nurturing Environment
At Victory of the Lamb Lutheran Preschool, our Mother’s Day Out Program is built on the belief that early childhood education thrives in a setting that feels warm, welcoming, and familiar—just like home.
With a faith-based foundation, small class sizes, and a close-knit community, we ensure every child is known, valued, and supported.
Children explore, create, and grow through hands-on experiences that spark curiosity and build confidence—laying the foundation for lifelong learning.

Program Options
Our preschool offers flexible class options designed to meet the needs of your family. Children learn and play in small groups led by experienced, caring teachers.
We’ve combined the best of a Mother’s Day Out program and a traditional preschool—offering families a schedule that supports both learning and balance. With the school day ending at 1:45 PM, families enjoy the perfect balance: a full morning of learning and play, followed by time at home for rest or family connection. For children who still nap, this schedule supports a consistent, healthy routine—so parents aren’t paying for “rest time” at school.

Frequently Asked Questions
It’s both…..and it’s so much more.
At Victory of the Lamb Lutheran Preschool, we offer a Mother’s Day Out Program that goes beyond giving moms a well-deserved break (though we celebrate that too!). If you’re searching for a preschool near me that combines faith, care, and early education, you’ve found it.
Our program is a structured, nurturing educational experience where children explore, play, and grow in a setting that feels like home. Through hands-on learning, early literacy, and social-emotional development, we lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. All this within a faith-filled community that values every child.
At our preschool in Katy, we believe that children learn best by doing. That’s why our early childhood programs are filled with hands-on experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
Benefits of hands-on learning include:
- Deeper understanding through active exploration
- Stronger fine motor skills from tactile activities
- Improved problem-solving and critical thinking
- Enhanced social-emotional growth through collaboration
- A lasting love of learning built through joyful discovery
Whether it’s building, painting, planting, or storytelling, every moment is designed to help children connect with the world around them—and with the wonder within.
Because at Victory of the Lamb Preschool, learning isn’t just taught… it’s lived.
We believe that learning happens when children fully emerge themselves in their “work”. We believe that if they experience it, they will retain it longer, better, and it will have more meaning in their lives. Here are some playful strategies that can make learning ABC’s and 123’s enjoyable:
- Puzzles: Alphabet puzzles are a great way to introduce letter shapes and sounds. They help with cognitive development and fine motor skills.
- Songs: Singing alphabet songs or creating catchy tunes for each letter can make learning memorable and fun. Music is a powerful tool for learning!
- Active Learning: Incorporate movement into learning with activities like letter scavenger hunts or letter hopscotch. These activities make learning dynamic and exciting.
At Victory of the Lamb Preschool (VOTL Preschool), we believe in the power of play-based learning. Our curriculum includes a variety of activities that promote letter recognition and other essential skills.
