We are nearing the end of 2020 – a year that none of us will soon forget.  And do you know what it’s time for?  It’s time to GIVE THANKS.

Here is a prayer for today:

Heavenly Father, thank you for creating all things wonderful in our world, and for preserving so many visible and invisible blessings each and every day.  Lord Jesus, only Son of the Father, thank you for living, dying and rising, to provide perfect mediation between God and man.  Holy Spirit, thank you for using God’s Word and holy sacraments to make us alive in Christ, even when we were dead in our sins.  Fix our eyes on Jesus today as we live a life of thanks for you!  Thank you for the continual opportunity to praise you, and show love to those around us.  Amen.
