Happy New Year! A big challenge as we look at a fresh start in 2024 is how can we have a meaningful time this year? What can we focus on to make sure this year is meaningful, and is different than anything money can buy? It’s a challenge because what money can buy, in time, is meaningless and not meaningful.
In today’s devotion we’re going to highlight Ecclesiastes 1:2-3.

PRAYER: Dear God, it’s frustrating to continue meaningless activity. Thank you for giving me something eternally meaningful to occupy my mind – the gift of your holy Word, which centers on your passion for forgiving sinners in Christ Jesus our Savior. Give me a heart that trusts you boldly! Give me a heart that desires to be closer and closer with you as I walk through the blessings and challenges of life. Give me an opportunity to share your eternal love with someone else. It’s in your holy, precious, saving name that I pray, Amen.
