Sermons Preached by Christ’s Enemies; Caiaphas the High Priest

Welcome to our Midweek Lenten Devotional Series!

Fear is a strong emotion.

It can cause you to freeze up and not know what to do next.

Or, it could cause you to act out irrationally.  To do something that doesn’t really make much sense.

It might even put you in a worse situation than you were fearing in the first place.

Join us as we look at John 11:45-50 and hear what fear caused the High Priest Caiaphas to do.

Prayer: Jesus, thank you for giving up your life so that all the nations of the world could be saved. Help us to cling to you and your forgiveness with everything that we have because with you, there is no reason to fear. As we hear about your path to Calvary this Lenten season, we ask that you grant us repentant hearts that are sorry over our sin and trusting in your forgiveness. Comfort us with the peace that you alone can bring us. Amen.
