What is Love?

There is a wedding at our church this week. So it is a good time to talk about the topic of “love”.

Love is a word we use quite a lot…

“Oh, I LOVE this!”

“Oh, I just LOVE that!”

Sometimes we use the word a little too casually, don’t you think?

Love really is a word with a lot of gravity!

Join us as we look at Psalm 32:10 and what God says about love together.

Prayer:

Dear Father,
Help us to not take your love for us so casually, but help us consider the most remarkable love story that ever happened. Help us look to you loving us so much that you would send your only Son to live, to die, and to rise for our sakes. Help us look to that graceful love that you showed to all people and not to love the things of this world. As we continue to live our lives, guide our hearts to love one another, just as you have loved us. Help us remember the fact that you will never stop loving us both today, tomorrow, and forever in heaven.

In his loving grace,

Amen.
